Bridgeton Urban Design Study: providing economic regeneration input to the vision for Bridgeton as part of the wider Clyde Gateway URC (see www.clydegateway.com) and the study was incorporated in the East End Local Development Strategy which was adopted by Glasgow City Council in 2008.

Digital Media Quarter: Pacific Quay Glasgow: Sector market research to identify property requirements, feasibility, concept development and implementation advice for SE Glasgow.
North Tyne Bank Scoping Study: : Specialist market research on subsea, fabrication, shipbuilding and offshore decommissioning sub sectors to identify land, infrastructure and premises requirements for Newcastle City Council, North Tyneside Council and One North East.

Glasgow Housing Association/Local Housing Organisations: Significant Neighbourhood Development Plans including regeneration priorities for Maryhill and the West End Multi Storey flats as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Nomad Housing Group Ltd/DAMHA/Bellway/Carillion: Successful submission to Chester-le –Street District Council for a sustainable neighbourhood at Pelton Fell. Retained by the development consortium to advise on the wider integrated regeneration strategy and an effective delivery structure. The Neighbourhood Regeneration Partnership was formally launched in March 2006 and the first phase of what will be 250 homes was completed in early May 2006.
Scottish Enterprise Dumfries and Galloway/Dumfries and Galloway Council: Dumfries Town Centre Strategy and Action Plan 2004-2014 and advice on delivery.
South Lanarkshire Council/Scottish Enterprise Lanarkshire: investment strategy and action plan for South Larkhall to create new employment opportunities and a radical re-branding of the area with yellow book, Turley Associates and King Sturge.
Cookstown District Council: Action Plan for the Regeneration of Cookstown town centre in Northern Ireland and a bid to the NI Housing Executive for a Town Centre Living Initiative (TCLI).
Laganside Corporation: three year term contract to provide regeneration, architecture, urban design and traffic management consultancy services with Willie Miller Urban Design & Planning. One of the key outputs was the urban design framework for the Greater Clarendon Area.
One NorthEast/ North East Assembly/ Sub Regional Partnerships: Sites and Premises Study for the North East Region with King Sturge.
